Thank you for trusting Earl’s Battery Service with your battery needs! We take your trust seriously, and want you to be well informed; Getting just what you need without any surprises. In most cases we will be able to ship from our facility in Michigan within a day or two of receiving your payment. For new batteries, we will contact you for payment when your new battery is ready to ship. We can accept a phone payment, ACH direct deposit, or wait for your mailed check.
We will need you to confirm the dimensions on your invoice are the dimensions you need for your machine compartment, and what kind of connector you are needing; Gray, Red, or Blue and 350v or 175v. These numbers should be stamped somewhere in the plastic of your old battery connector.
Most batteries do not have attached covers. If your old battery has a cover as part of it’s steel case, please let us know! If there is anything about your set up that may be unusual please let us know, or send a couple pictures of your current battery and how it sits in your machine so we can be sure you are getting what you need.
Please note: In order to provide our customers with the most economical rates on shipping, we primarily use Central Transport. Please be aware, that while your battery leaves our facility quickly after ordered, and usually arrives via Central within a few days after that, there are times it can take as long as 2 weeks. If it is crucial to have your battery arrive without such a possible delay, you can request a different carrier, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to do so.
