220AC will definitely be better for a 1300 Amp battery. 110 would have taken about 30 hours to charge it, and would not be good for the battery in the long run.
Below is information and new pricing on the type of charger you inquired about. Currently we only have used available in three phase.
We would recommend the 100amp charger for a battery the size you’ve stated having. The smaller amperage chargers just don’t “stir up” the acid and water in a battery enough to keep it healthy over the long run. And with industrial batteries being a major investment, the cost of a stronger charger can save you having to replace those large expensive batteries too soon. In this case, with a more powerful charger, it’s best to let your battery run down considerably low before charging. (This being the best combination and practice to getting, and keeping your industrial steel case battery healthy and long living)
However if you must use a smaller charger, it would be best to re-charge the battery before it gets real low. (still not best for the battery, but will help it last somewhat better in the long run if this is your only option.)
